INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
The intermediate classes are designed to challenge and ease you into difficult skills work and transitions. Think creative transitions, backbending, arm balances and inversions. All classes have a soft workshop style teaching approach so you walk away with tools and skills to build your own practise. Cant wait to see you on the mat.
